\nJob Summary
\nSeeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Veeva eTMF and other Clinical Systems & Records applications. The role will focus on system support, requirements gathering, change controls, UAT, compliance, reporting, and TMF operations.
\nMust-Have Skills
\n• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
\n• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva eTMF – configuration, upgrades, and system changes.
\n• Experience with requirements gathering, business cases, and change controls.
\n• Experience with system ownership and vendor coordination.
\n• Strong UAT and system compliance experience.
\n• Experience creating eTMF reports, dashboards, Job Aids/QRCs, and analyzing TMF metrics.
\n• Experience managing support tickets, user access, and document metadata.
\n• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n• Pharmaceutical/clinical research or TMF Operations experience preferred.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Support Veeva eTMF system operations, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
\n• Gather requirements and support change controls and system projects.
\n• Create/execute UAT scripts and evaluate system changes.
\n• Coordinate with vendors and system owners on releases and updates.
\n• Support study/document migration and eTMF data integrity.
\n• Maintain reports, dashboards, and end-user documentation.
\n• Analyze TMF metrics and manage support tickets and user access requests.
\n• Support other Clinical Systems & Records applications as needed.
