Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ – Onsite

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Veeva eTMF and other Clinical Systems & Records applications. The role will focus on system support, requirements gathering, change controls, UAT, compliance, reporting, and TMF operations.
Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Veeva eTMF – configuration, upgrades, and system changes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business cases, and change controls.
• Experience with system ownership and vendor coordination.
• Strong UAT and system compliance experience.
• Experience creating eTMF reports, dashboards, Job Aids/QRCs, and analyzing TMF metrics.
• Experience managing support tickets, user access, and document metadata.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Pharmaceutical/clinical research or TMF Operations experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Veeva eTMF system operations, enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
• Gather requirements and support change controls and system projects.
• Create/execute UAT scripts and evaluate system changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and system owners on releases and updates.
• Support study/document migration and eTMF data integrity.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and end-user documentation.
• Analyze TMF metrics and manage support tickets and user access requests.
• Support other Clinical Systems & Records applications as needed.
