Job Description

SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director of Revenue Cycle, provide administrative support to the finance department. REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in an office setting preferred. Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time with moderate supervision. Above average customer service and written communication skills required. Computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Possess good problem-solving skills. Bi-lingual skills requested. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist KPC Global staff with USPS mail processing

Sort and compile mail for KPC Global and all managed companies. Assist OA with copying, scanning and uploading mail.

Update Excel spreadsheets

When needed, update various revenue spreadsheets via Excel.

Phone Calls

When needed, answer incoming phone calls and act as back up for OA.

PI Liens

Communicate with Chapman hospital staff to receive new PI lien cases Upload lien agreements in Medi-Tract. Create Anesthesia invoice to send to attorney office/lien holder company. Maintain master spreadsheet of all PI lien cases.

Ad hoc Duties

Support scheduling, meeting setup, and coordination for the team Run local errands to make supply runs when necessary Pitch in on special projects and whatever else to help keep the office moving

All other tasks as assigned.
