Roles and Responsiblities: Help maintain files and keep track of important documents Manage Supply inventory Perform Date Entry as required Answering Multi-line phone system Delivering messages while also using basic office equipment Qualifications

Physical Requirements: Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at times Must be able to perform repetitive wrist, hand or finger movements 7+ hours per day Must be able to frequently sit and stand for long periods of time Qualifications and Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Office experience preferred Experience with MS office and related business and communication tools preferred Oganizational and time management skills Experience with confidential documentation preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail If an offer of employment is extended, it will be conditional upon successful clearance of a background check, and drug screen for illegal substances.
