Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Research Interviewers for a market research company in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you'll help recruit and screen participants for important client research projects while supporting accurate data collection and project success. Recruit and screen qualified participants for market research projects
Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential candidates
Schedule participants and maintain accurate project records
Perform targeted web research and database searches to identify prospects
Track recruitment metrics, call volume, and participation goals
Build rapport with gatekeepers and participants while overcoming objections
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with project requirements and timelines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and confident phone presence
Ability to type 45+ words per minute and accurately enter data
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Previous telemarketing, recruiting, call center, or customer service experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and meet daily performance goals
Reliable transportation to Bloomington, MN
