Our client, a global entertainment company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Campaign Analysis to support paid media reporting and analytics for Pluto TV's global marketing campaigns . This is an initial 9-month contract position fully onsite in their New York City Office.

This role will focus on analyzing digital media campaign performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media analytics, paid media attribution, dashboard development, and data storytelling.

Pay: 62/hr. on a W2

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze paid media campaign performance across global digital advertising channels, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
\n
• Develop and deliver campaign performance reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
\n
• Own day-to-day campaign reporting, including ongoing performance tracking, benchmark analysis, and post-campaign wrap-up reporting.
\n
• Collaborate with Marketing, BI, and Media teams to improve reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and drive projects from initiation through completion.
\n
• Evaluate campaign performance against key metrics, including CPM, CPA, conversion rates, video view rates, and other paid media KPIs.
\n
• Provide recommendations on audience targeting, media partner mix, campaign optimization, and budget allocation
\n
• Ensure data accuracy by performing quality checks, identifying discrepancies, and supporting data validation efforts.
\n
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
\n
• Present campaign insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams and senior leadership.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and overall analytics capabilities.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree required.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in digital media, marketing analytics, advertising, or advertising technology, ideally within a brand, agency, or media-related organization.
\n
• Digital media industry experience is required , with a strong understanding of paid media campaign measurement, attribution, and performance analysis.
\n
• Experience working with ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Kochava or AppsFlyer .
\n
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics .
\n
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, data manipulation, and analysis of large datasets.
\n
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), or similar reporting tools .
\n
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads .
\n
• Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, attribution methodologies, campaign benchmarks, and media performance metrics.
\n
• Ability to transform complex analytical findings into compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.
