Tampa offers Gulf Coast access with urban amenities. Bayshore Boulevard runs 4.5 miles along the waterfront, and downtown Tampa is about 3 miles from the Tampa Riverwalk and Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. Clearwater Beach is about 25 miles west, and Hillsborough River State Park is about 20 miles northeast for paddling, hiking, and day trips. The city also includes Ybor City’s historic district and the Tampa Museum of Art, with Tampa International Airport about 6 miles from central Tampa for convenient regional travel.
